BOR – Potraga za telom ubijene dvogodišnje Danke Ilić iz Bora se nastavlja, a dvojici osumnjičenih za ubistvo određen je pritvor do 30 dana.
Uhapšeni su i brat i otac jednog od osumnjičenih, zbog sumnje da su mu pomogli da sakrije tijelo djevojčice.
Policija je juče pregledala dvorišta komšija i okolne bunare, a u selu Zlot, ispred kuće D. D., osumnjičenog za ubistvo djevojčice, bili su dovezeni i cisterna za isušivanje septičke jame i bager. Na prijedlog Višeg javnog tužilaštva u Zaječaru, sudija za prethodni postupak Višeg suda u Zaječaru odredio je pritvor u trajanju do 30 dana J. S. (50) iz sela Luka i D. D, (50) iz sela Zlot zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje da su izvršili krivično djelo teško ubistvo u saizvršilaštvu, saopštilo je juče Više javno tužilaštvo u Zaječaru.
Tužilaštvo navodi da je D.D. tokom saslušanja u potpunosti priznao izvršenje krivičnog dela, dok se J.S. branio ćutanjem. Policija je, u međuvremenu, uhapsila i R. D. (1951) i D. D. (1984), zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da su D. D. pomogli da premijesti tijelo djevojčice sa deponije u okolini Banjskog polja na za sada nepoznatu lokaciju na teritoriji grada Bora.
Njima je određeno zadržavanje do 48 sati i oni su privedeni Višem javnom tužilaštvu u Zaječaru. Kako se saznaje, reč je o ocu i bratu D. D, osumnjičenog za ubistvo djevojčice.
Komentarišući ubistvo dvogodišnje djevojčice, predsjednik Srbije Aleksandar Vučić rekao je da će novoj vladi uputiti u pisanoj formi zahtjev da razmotri da li će predložiti skupštini izmjene i dopune Krivičnog zakona kako bi se uvela smrtna kazna za najteža krivična djela.
Dvogodišnja Danka Ilić nestala je 26. marta u Banjskom polju kod Bora, a pripadnici Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova su u četvrtak, nakon opsežne akcije, detaljnih provera svih tragova i informacija, uhapsili J. S. i D. D., zbog sumnje da su ubili djevojčicu.
