Mato Kulaš, Predsjednik Okružnog Privrednog suda Doboj u duhu javnosti rada obavijestio je javnost o rezultatima rada ovog Suda, na planu obezbjeđenja plata za bivše radnike fabrike Trudbenik Doboj potvrdivšii time unapređrnje kvaliteta i efikasnosti u rješavanju najsloženijih predmeta iz domena svoga rada i odgovornosti.

Saopštenje za javnost
Kao i ranijih godina, u 2024. godini Okružni privredni sud u Doboju je ostvario veoma dobre rezultate rada. Između ostalog, sud je u 2024. godini zaprimio ukupno 3913 predmeta, a završio 3987 predmeta.
Dakle, sud je riješio više predmeta nego što je zaprimio.
Okružni privredni sud u Doboju je u cjelini gledano ostvario normu od 128,42 %, a Plan rješavanja starih predmeta je ostvaren u procentu od 87,56%.
Moramo obavijestiti sve zainteresirane građane i povjerioce u stečajnom postupku nad stečajnim dužnikom „Trudbenik“ AD Fabrika kompresora, pneumatskih alata, Doboj da je tokom 2024. godine putem različitih medija, društvenih mreža, pa čak i putem oglasnih panoa u gradu Doboj bio narušen više puta ugled ovog suda iznošenjem u javnost neistinitih i proizvoljnih informacija da je navodno sa depozita Okružnog privrednog suda u Doboju „nestao 1.300.000,00 KM“. Navedene informacije su bile neprovjerene i neistinite i iz razloga što su suprotne odluci Skupštine povjerilaca od 16.06.2023. godine u kojoj je bilo izričito navedeno da se novčana sredstva u iznosu od 1.300.000,00 KM prenose na depozitni račun Okružnog privrednog suda u Doboju.
Ovim putem želimo informirati javnost i sve povjerioce pomenutog stečajnog dužnika da će isplatu iznosa od 1.300.000,00 KM, a koja sredstva se odnose na raspodjelu nižem isplatnom redu u stečajnom dužniku „Trudbenik“ AD Fabrika kompresora, pneumatskih alata, Doboj stečajni upravnik početi isplaćivati počev od dana 13.01.2025. godine.
