Kad god se iz Srpske krene u ozbiljne investicije, “rampa” stiže iz Sarajeva, rekao je pravobranilac Republike Srpske Milimir Govedarica.
Još jedna podvala zvaničnika iz Sarajeva kada je u pitanju imovina na Jahorini. U Ustavu jasno stoji da nad imovinom nema nadležnost BiH. Republika Srpska ima pravo da po Ustavu raspolaže svojom imovinom. Član 3. Ustava BiH jasno propisuje prava Republike Srpske, istakao je Govedarica.
On tvrdi da upravo zato i „visoki predstavnik“ ne može osporavati da se prodaje imovina, ili daje pod koncesiju.
– Kada se god krene u neku ozbiljnu investiciju, one se pokušavaju osporavati. Imate primjer HE „Buk Bijela“, Aerodrom u Trebinju, pa i dom RTRS-a bio je predmet njihove rasprave – dodao je Govedarica.
Republika Srpska je uknjižila većinu imovine na svoje ime.
– Uknjiženo je negdje oko 95 odsto i to se i dalje nastavlja do samog kraja – tvrdi Govedarica.
Govedarica poručuje da se ne smije nasijedati na podvale iz političkog Sarajeva.
– Ako nemamo imovine, ne može Srpska ni postojati. Prebacivanje imovina na opštine, gradove, je samo pokušaj njenog razvlašćenja, i vodi je ka nestanku – poručio je Govedarica.
